Cameroon competitive entrance examinations (concours d'entrée) for the Higher Teacher Training Colleges — the École Normale Supérieure (ENS) de Yaoundé at the Université de Yaoundé I and the Higher Teachers Training College (HTTC / ENS) Buea at the University of Buea — launched by ministerial arrêté of the Ministry of Higher Education (MINESUP) to admit candidates to DIPES I, DIPES II and guidance counsellor (DIPCO) training.
