About the UFAM PSC Exam
The Processo Seletivo Contínuo (PSC) is the serial entrance examination administered by the Universidade Federal do Amazonas (UFAM) through its Comissão Permanente de Concursos (COMPEC). It accounts for about half of UFAM's undergraduate vacancies across the Manaus campus and the interior units (Benjamin Constant, Coari, Humaitá, Itacoatiara and Parintins), alongside SiSU/ENEM and the interior-only PSI. The PSC evaluates students cumulatively across their three years of secondary education (Etapas 1, 2 and 3). Each annual sitting consists of 54 objective questions across standard high school subjects with strong emphasis on Amazonian ecology, regional history and geography, culminating in a formal Redação essay in the final stage. This 100-question practice test bank is an English-language MCQ study adaptation of that syllabus; the official examination is sat in Portuguese and this bank does not simulate its format.
