About the Bahrain RERA Sales Agent Exam Exam
The RERA Real Estate Sales Agents Certification is the RERA-approved training and assessment that a sales agent applicant completes through the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance. RERA defines a sales agent as a licensed natural person who practises through contracting with, or working for, a real estate agent and who facilitates the conclusion of sale contracts. RERA lists the CPD certificate among the documents required to issue the licence, which it grants with no fee. The scope covers Law No. 27 of 2017 and Resolution No. 1 of 2018, the agent's relationship with the supervising broker, sales procedures and disclosures, advertising rules, tenancy and land registration basics, the RERA Code of Conduct, and AML/CFT obligations. RERA and BIBF deliver the programme in both Arabic and English; this free bank is an English-language multiple-choice study adaptation, not an official translation or a simulation of the official assessment format.
