About the Bahrain RERA Broker Exam Exam
The RERA Real Estate Brokerage Certification is the RERA-approved training and assessment that a broker applicant completes through the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance. RERA lists the resulting CPD certificate among the documents required to issue a broker licence under Law No. 27 of 2017. The scope covers Bahrain's real estate legislation, broker licensing and the Property Brokerage Register, professional indemnity insurance, brokerage mandates and commission, off-plan project licensing and escrow accounts, jointly owned property and Owners Associations under Resolution No. 1 of 2020, the Land Registration Law No. 13 of 2013, the Property Rent Law No. 27 of 2014, the RERA Code of Conduct, and AML/CFT compliance.
