About the NVO Grade 4 Bulgarian Exam
NVO Grade 4 Bulgarian Language and Literature is the compulsory national external assessment at the end of начален етап, administered by МОН under Ordinance No. 11. The 2026 BEL sitting was 3 June 2026 at 10:00 (60 minutes; 25 mixed Bulgarian tasks; 100 points). It checks basic книжовни норми, четене с разбиране, and short-text production against Наредба № 5 (2015) and the I–IV BEL programmes. Official delivery language is Bulgarian.
