About the Agniveer Army Exam
The Indian Army Agniveer Common Entrance Examination (CEE) is the online computer-based objective test through which candidates are recruited as Agniveers under the Agnipath Scheme launched in 2022. The paper is post-specific: Agniveer GD tests General Knowledge, General Science, Mathematics, and Logical Reasoning (50 questions for 100 marks); Agniveer Technical tests Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and GK; Agniveer Clerk/Storekeeper Technical tests GK, General Science, Maths, Computer, and General English; and Agniveer Tradesman tests GK, General Science, Maths, and Reasoning. The exam carries negative marking and is completed in about one hour for most posts. Clearing the CEE is the first stage, after which shortlisted candidates attend the Recruitment Rally for physical fitness, physical measurement, and medical examination.
