About the ASTB-E Exam
The ASTB-E is the officer-aviation selection battery used by the U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard. Official ASTB-E sources describe six subtests: Math Skills Test (MST), Reading Comprehension Test (RCT), Mechanical Comprehension Test (MCT), Aviation and Nautical Information Test (ANIT), Naval Aviation Trait Facet Inventory (NATFI), and the Performance Based Measures Battery (PBM). This practice bank focuses on the objective, studyable sections plus PBM-style spatial and attitude questions; NATFI is a proprietary personality inventory and cannot be replicated as scored multiple-choice practice.
