APT commands (update, install, full-upgrade, purge, autoremove), dpkg options (-L, -S, -c, -I, -s, --verify), sources.list format, repositories (kali-rolling, kali-dev), APT pinning, and GPG key management.
FHS directory layout, file permissions (chmod, chown, chgrp, umask, setuid/setgid/sticky bit), process management (ps, kill, signals), kernel messages (dmesg, uname), hardware enumeration (lspci, lsusb), and man page sections.
