Can You Take the CFM Exam?
Check if you meet the basic eligibility requirements

- •Option 2: 3 years of FM work experience plus a bachelor's or master's degree in facility management
- •Complete the IFMA ethics assessment (or submit ethics coursework) within 30 days of passing the exam
- •Valid government-issued ID required at the Prometric test center
- •Candidates self-attest to experience on the application; IFMA may audit
