  1. Physics and procedures dominate. Image Production (118) plus Procedures (216) account for 334 of 360 scored questions — 92.8 percent of the exam. The single largest subcategory on the entire test is Abdomen at 75 questions, and the three physics subcategories together (118) outweigh every procedure subcategory individually.
  2. The heavyweight sections are also the gated sections. As covered in Section 1.2, the abdominal and OB/GYN procedure sections carry section minimums.
