The Arizona ROC R-11 Electrical (Residential) Examination is the open-book, computer-delivered PSI trade exam for the Arizona Registrar of Contractors R-11 residential electrical classification. The official content outline runs 110 scored questions in 240 minutes at a 70% passing score across 14 subject areas, with the heaviest weight on services, feeders and branch circuits, grounding and bonding, and raceways and boxes. Code questions are written to the 2017 National Electrical Code and the 2016 NFPA 72 - not to newer editions. Applicants may take the NASCLA Accredited Trade Examination for Residential Electrical Contractors instead of this exam.
