The Sierra Leone SLCAA Flight Operations Officer Knowledge Test is the official licensing examination for flight dispatchers in Sierra Leone, evaluating core competency in flight planning, operational control, weather interpretation, aircraft performance, and civil aviation regulations under SLCAR Part 1A.
