1How are the 20 points of the 2026 Final Oral Interview (итоговое собеседование) distributed?
A.Task 1: 3, Task 2: 4, Task 3: 3, Task 4: 3, literacy and factual accuracy: 7
B.Task 1: 2, Task 2: 5, Task 3: 3, Task 4: 3, literacy and factual accuracy: 7

D.Task 1: 3, Task 2: 4, Task 3: 3, Task 4: 2, literacy and factual accuracy: 8
Explanation: FIPI's 2026 methodological materials give a maximum of 3 points for reading aloud (Ч1–Ч3), 4 for the retelling with a quotation (П1–П3), 3 for the monologue (М1–М2) and 3 for the dialogue (Д1). Literacy and factual accuracy across all tasks (Р1–Р4) add up to 7 points, for a total of 20.
2Under standard arrangements, what result earns «зачёт» for the Final Oral Interview?
A.5 or more of 20 points
B.All four tasks scored above zero
C.15 or more of 20 points
D.10 or more of 20 points
Explanation: A participant receives «зачёт» with 10 or more points out of 20. For certain categories of participants with ОВЗ listed in the procedural recommendations, the regional education authority (ОИВ) may set a different minimum.
3About how long does the Final Oral Interview take per participant under standard conditions?
A.About 5–6 minutes
B.About 45 minutes
C.About 15–16 minutes
D.About 90 minutes
Explanation: Rosobrnadzor's recommendations give about 15–16 minutes per participant, not counting the greeting, registration and briefing. For participants with ОВЗ, children with disabilities and people with disabilities, the time is extended by 30 minutes, to about 45 minutes on average.
4How much extra time do participants with ОВЗ, children with disabilities and people with disabilities receive for the Final Oral Interview?
A.10 minutes
B.1.5 hours
C.60 minutes
D.30 minutes
Explanation: For these participants, the interview is extended by 30 minutes, to about 45 minutes on average. They may distribute the time themselves, for example spending longer on preparation than the task cards suggest.
5A Grade 9 student receives «незачёт» on the main February date. What does the procedure allow?
A.A retake in June, on the day of the OGE in Russian
B.Up to two retakes on the March and April dates
C.Unlimited retakes on dates chosen by the school
D.No retake until the following school year
Explanation: The interview takes place on the second Wednesday of February, with additional dates on the second working Wednesday of March and the third Monday of April. A participant with «незачёт» may retake it no more than twice in the current school year, and only on the additional dates.
6How long is a «зачёт» for the Final Oral Interview valid as admission to the GIA-9?
A.Only for the current school year
B.For two years
C.For four years
D.Indefinitely
Explanation: Rosobrnadzor's recommendations state that the result of the Final Oral Interview, as admission to the GIA, is valid indefinitely (бессрочно).
7A participant did not start two of the four tasks. What happens to the literacy and factual-accuracy criteria Р1–Р4?
A.They are scored only on the tasks that were attempted
B.Only Р4 (factual accuracy) receives 0 points
C.They are scored normally, because they are independent
D.All four receive 0 points
Explanation: FIPI's criteria state that if a participant did not start two or more tasks, all literacy and factual-accuracy criteria (Р1–Р4) receive 0 points. Attempting every task therefore protects up to 7 points.
8During the retelling, a participant says «красиве́е», then immediately corrects herself to «краси́вее». How should the expert treat this?
A.Record it as one orthoepic error under Р1
B.Record it as two errors, the slip and the correction
C.Do not record an error, because she corrected herself
D.Record a factual error under Р4
Explanation: FIPI instructs experts not to record an error that the participant corrects on their own. Self-monitoring is treated as part of normal speech.
9A participant mispronounces the stress in the same word «звони́т» four times across the interview. How are these errors counted under Р1?
A.As one error
B.As two errors
C.As four errors
D.As four errors plus a deduction under Ч2
Explanation: FIPI's rule is that several orthoepic, grammatical or speech errors in the same word or word form count as one error. The repeated mistake therefore counts once under Р1.
10Why are participants' answers audio-recorded during the Final Oral Interview?
A.To broadcast exemplary answers on regional educational radio
B.So answers can be scored and re-checked from the recording
C.Only when a participant breaks the rules
D.To let the participant replay and redo a weak answer
Explanation: Rooms are equipped for audio recording, and experts may score answers from the recordings after the interview. After a second «незачёт», a participant may request a check of the recording by another school's commission. Participants may listen to their recording to confirm it was made without faults, but not to redo an answer.
