The Reading and Listening papers each have three parts of ten questions, using three-option multiple choice, one-word gap fill, sentence and note completion, and heading-matching tasks, and are automatically marked during the session. Writing and speaking are completed in the same sitting and marked afterwards by trained assessors who do not see candidates' personal details.
