The Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LET), also called the Licensure Examination for Teachers or Board Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (BLEPT/LEPT), is the national licensure examination required to practice as a professional teacher in the Philippines. It is administered by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) through the Board for Professional Teachers under Republic Act No. 7836. The LET is entirely four-option multiple choice and is offered at two levels. The Elementary level covers General Education (40%) and Professional Education (60%); the Secondary level covers General Education (20%), Professional Education (40%), and a field of Specialization (40%).
