About the Mauritius DCA ATPL Theory Exam
The Mauritius DCA ATPL theoretical knowledge examinations are the airline-level ground assessments under MCAR-Part-FCL FCL.515. Applicants must complete an integrated or modular ATO course and demonstrate knowledge appropriate to ATPL privileges across thirteen subjects. FCL.500 sets a minimum age of 21 for ATPL issue. Theory credits for ATPL issue remain valid for seven years from the last validity date of an IR (or, for helicopters, a helicopter type rating) entered in the licence after successful completion of the examinations.
Assessment
MCAR-Part-FCL FCL.515 ATPL theoretical knowledge examinations covering the same thirteen subject titles as CPL theory, examined at airline-transport learning-objective depth (air law through communications).
