About the NIELIT BCC Exam
NIELIT BCC (Basic Computer Course) is a 36-hour digital literacy programme aimed at basic computer appreciation with hands-on practice. After completing BCC, candidates should be able to prepare simple letters and spreadsheets, create basic presentations, use Internet and email, access e-governance services, and use digital financial tools such as UPI and internet banking. Certification is via NIELIT’s online objective examination.
