What happens after passing the CAPA entrance competition?
The competition admits candidates to specialized formation leading to the Certificat d'Aptitude à la Profession d'Avocat. The 2023 regional-lawyer-school framework prescribes one year of courses, conferences, directed work, written and oral assessment, and a final memorandum, while retaining transitional faculty-based arrangements until the regional schools are installed. After obtaining the CAPA, candidates covered by Article 36 of Law n° 13-07 complete a two-year practical Bar stage.
