About the ENAM Centrafrique Exam
The École Nationale d'Administration et de Magistrature (ENAM) in Bangui is the senior public training institute of the Central African Republic, and its concours d'entrée are opened and settled by arrêtés of the Primature. ENAM's own history dates the school to Loi n° 62/356 of 28 July 1962, which created the École Nationale d'Administration (ENA); Ordonnance n° 78.050 of 9 September 1978 reformed it and the school became ENAM in 1980, a 1981 decree added the judicial section training greffiers and magistrates, a 2016 decree created the penitentiary section, and Décret n° 20.377 of 6 November 2020 governs its present organisation. Access to initial training is only by concours direct or concours professionnel; those admitted train for two years across the administrative, judicial, penitentiary, social, economic and financial, decentralised administration, and diplomatic sections.
