The Government Polytechnic Diploma Admission Test is a centralized entrance examination administered by the Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB) for admission into 4-year Diploma in Engineering, Marine Engineering, Textile Engineering, Agriculture, Forestry, Fisheries, and Tourism programs across ~50 government polytechnic institutes in Bangladesh. Reintroduced from the 2025-26 session (after admission-test-free years since 2013) and administered in Bangla, it tests SSC-level Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Bangla, English, and Analytical Aptitude. Does private polytechnic admission require this entrance exam?
