BCEN currently requires 110 correct answers among the 150 scored items. The result is based on individual raw-score performance, not a curve.

How soon can a candidate retake the CPEN?

BCEN requires a 90-day wait after a failed attempt before the candidate can apply to test again. Unlimited attempts are allowed under the current policy.
