About the Auditor Qualification Examination Exam
The Kyrgyzstan auditor qualification is the national professional route to the auditor qualification certificate under the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 147 of 3 December 2021 'On Auditing Activity' and Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 536 of 10 August 2026. The authorised body is the Financial Supervision and Regulation Service (Финнадзор). Candidates pass a 12-paper Professional Qualification Programme covering business and technology, financial and management accounting, Kyrgyz law and taxation, IFRS financial reporting, financial management, ISA-based audit practice, ethics, strategy and risk, and advanced audit. Each paper is scored out of 100 with a 50-point pass mark. Annual mandatory audit applies to public-interest entities and large enterprises as defined in accounting legislation.
