About the Prova di idoneità IVASS RUI (Sezioni A e B) Exam
The Prova di idoneità per l'iscrizione nelle Sezioni A e B del Registro degli intermediari assicurativi, anche a titolo accessorio, e riassicurativi is the qualifying exam that IVASS runs under Article 110 of the Italian Private Insurance Code (Legislative Decree 209/2005) and IVASS Regulation 40/2018. Natural persons must pass it to register in the RUI as insurance agents (Section A) or brokers (Section B). IVASS Provvedimento n. 165 of 2 December 2025 set two sessions in 2026.
