About the Docenti Secondaria Exam
The Concorso Ordinario Docenti per la Scuola Secondaria di Primo e Secondo Grado is MIM's regional state-teacher recruitment competition, currently called under DDG 2939/2025 and governed by DM 205/2023 as amended. Its computer-based written test contains 50 four-option questions in 100 minutes: 10 pedagogy, 15 psychopedagogy and inclusion, 15 didactics and assessment, 5 English at CEFR B2, and 5 educational digital technologies. Candidates who score at least 70/100 advance only if they also fall within the applicable three-times-vacancy ranking rule. The later oral phase includes a simulated lesson and B2 English assessment; designated classi di concorso also require a practical test, followed by titles evaluation. This is an independent English-language MCQ study adaptation of an Italian competition; it is not an official translation or a substitute for subject-specific, oral, simulated-lesson, or practical preparation.
