Rekrutmen Bersama BUMN (RBB) is the joint recruitment for Indonesian state-owned enterprises run by Forum Human Capital Indonesia. Applicants take the same staged online tests before company-level selection at the participating BUMN, which numbered more than 100 in 2024.

Exam sponsor: Forum Human Capital Indonesia (FHCI); the 2025 cycle was run with Kementerian BUMN, renamed Badan Pengaturan BUMN (BP BUMN) by UU No. 16 Tahun 2025. The requirements and fees below concern the certification or admission exam, separate from our free practice resources.
