Wyoming requires all notary applicants to complete the State Notary Education Presentation AND pass an exam included with the application. Effective July 1, 2021, Wyoming modernized its notary laws under RULONA (Revised Uniform Law on Notarial Acts), eliminating the bond requirement and extending the commission term to 6 years.
