Can You Take the AL Real Estate Exam?
Check if you meet the basic eligibility requirements

- •Must pass exam within 90 days of scheduling (exam result valid 90 days)
- •Temporary license issued upon passing; original license issued only after completing 30-hour post-license course
- •Complete 30-hour post-license course within 6 months of licensure to remain active (full 12-month deadline)
- •Annual CE: 15 hours/year (3 mandatory Risk Management hours + 12 elective hours)
- •License period: October 1 – September 30 annually (fixed renewal, not anniversary-based)
