Inactive Status

A sales associate's license becomes inactive when:

  • Not affiliated with a broker
  • Voluntarily placed on inactive status
  • Sponsoring broker terminates association

To reactivate, the sales associate must affiliate with a broker and complete any outstanding education requirements.
